Customers expressly acknowledge and agree that Caterlog assumes no obligation or responsibility for any advice or information provided regarding the goods; the company is also not liable for any inaccuracies or errors in such information. - By ordering in-stock or custom-made furniture, customers agree to authorize Caterlog to use the ordered products. Caterlog has the right to use the products for production, promotion, and other commercial purposes. Customers must confirm that their designs or requirements do not infringe on the copyrights or intellectual property rights of any third party. Caterlog is unaware of the designs provided by customers and is not responsible for any copyright or legal issues that may arise from such designs. Caterlog reserves the right to pursue legal action against any copyright disputes or other legal issues arising from customer designs.
- In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English translations on this website, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
