deliver goods:
- In-stock products require approximately 2-3 weeks to ship.
- After an order is placed, production and delivery take approximately 3-4 weeks.
(Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics delays, or inventory changes, delivery times may exceed this range. We will do our best to ensure on-time delivery, but we cannot completely rule out delays caused by external factors.)
Delivery fee: Free delivery to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. (Except for some remote areas, including but not limited to the following areas: Ma Wan +$100, Tung Chung +$150, Discovery Bay +$200)
Install:
- Products priced at $8,000 or more include installation service; products priced below $8,000 do not include installation service.
- For products that do not come with free installation, customers can choose to install them themselves or seek assistance from Caterlog. If you require installation service, please inform us in advance so that we can arrange for a technician to provide the service as soon as possible. Caterlog will charge the relevant fees.
- Free installation service does not include remote areas; charges for remote areas will apply and additional quotes will be provided.
- Please schedule an appointment for installation after delivery. If you require same-day delivery and installation, there will be an additional $300 surcharge.
Delivery details:
- Delivery service does not include in-home delivery; the delivery driver will meet the customer outside the house.
- Free delivery applies only to items that can be pushed smoothly into elevators. If items cannot be pushed smoothly into elevators, additional charges may apply. Please ensure the items can fit into elevators, staircases (if necessary), doorways, etc., to avoid additional fees.
- Delivery is not available on Sundays and public holidays.
- If the distance pushed exceeds 50 meters, an additional charge of $100 per item per 50 meters will be applied. The actual additional charge will need to be confirmed based on the specific circumstances.
- If delivery requires moving items up and down stairs, there will be a stair-moving fee, estimated at $150 per floor per item. Actual additional charges will need to be confirmed based on the specific circumstances.
- If you require a specific delivery time, you must notify us in advance. If no one answers the door on the day of delivery without prior notice, you will be responsible for an additional $200 per leg of the delivery fee.
- Due to logistical constraints, delivery times may vary. If the shipment is subject to customs inspection, the delivery date will be delayed by a few days without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding.
- If there are any errors or omissions in the delivery information, delivery may be delayed.
- Delivery is a continuous service. If you require yourself to move and push the goods along the way, you will need to handle the follow-up matters yourself.
Returns and exchanges:
- Slight variations in the actual design and size of the product are normal and do not constitute grounds for return or exchange.
- Solid wood furniture is made of natural materials and may have some minor natural marks or imperfections. This is normal and does not affect the use or quality of the product. Therefore, these minor differences will not be grounds for return or exchange.
